Around Moraira
This area is without doubt one of THE most impressive holiday locations in Spain. A different world from the overdeveloped
tourist ghettos. Beautiful coastal and inland scenery. No high-rise development. Beaches with a carefully preserved natural beauty which
defies description. Numerous easily accessible inland locations with stunning mountain scenery. And all of this on your doorstep.
This exclusive area lies on the South Eastern coast of Spain. It has one of the best climates of continental Europe and is
ideal for year round visiting protected against the cold North winds in winter. The area remains
exclusively for villa owners and individuals, who prefer the independent holiday. Restaurants in abundance (3 Michelin star-rated),
shops, wineries, historic buildings and celebrations, all watersports, golf, tennis, horse-riding, go-karts, walking, cycling, climbing,
parasailing, themepark TerraMitica, excursions or renting a Harley Davidson!

Moraira’s major natural advantage is the fact that it’s located on a scenic and very sheltered bay and is a rare
location in terms of Spanish coastal areas given the extremely low key nature of the town. It’s beautiful, green,
(genuinely) unspoilt and with an enormous variety of genuinely charming locations to visit both coastal and
inland rural / mountain locations. The local beaches are superb... safe, award winning, excellent for children
because of the shallow waters in many locations.
